HI, MY NAME IS ALEX HARTLINE. I AM THE FOUNDER AND OWNER OF HARTLINE FINANCIAL. I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself.

As I said, my name is Alex Hartline. I live in Fort Payne Al with my beautiful wife Hope and my baby girl Jada. I have lived in Fort Payne most of my life. I was born in Birmingham Al to Christian parents, a fact that I am extremely thankful for.

When I was only 2 years old my Dad moved us to Jacksonville Fl to attend Bible College at Trinity Baptist. It was there when I was age 4 that something happened to me that would prove to be the most wonderful and important mile stone in my life.

It was on a Wednesday night, after my Dad had gotten done with our family bible reading. That night he had read from Luke 16, about the rich man and Lazarus. I had been raised all my life to love Jesus, but that night for the first time I realized that I was a sinner, and that I didn't just love Jesus, I needed him. That night I asked Jesus to come into my heart and save me.

Since then I have had many wonderful things that I can look back on that I wouldn't give up for anything. As I said earlier I have a wonderful wife. I know that some married men talk bad about marriage, but personally I wouldn't go back to being single for anything in this world.

This last year, just before Christmas, my daughter was born. Until then I don't know that I really believed in Love at First Sight. I've got to tell you though, I think it took all of maybe 2 seconds before she had completely stolen my heart.

All in all, the last 32 years since I was born have been good. But I would still like to say. Nothing in my life can equal that time when I was 4 years old. The day I met Jesus.

I would like to ask you before you close this page, DO YOU KNOW HIM? Do you know for a fact that if you were to die right now that you would go to Heaven?

I know that this is not what you came to this site for, but as our border to the left of this page says, we are here to help you enjoy life. You can save all the money that is possible to save, and even make millions with this system, and still never truely know any joy. What I want to share with you now will give you peace, and joy, no matter what else is happening in your life.

The first thing you have to realize is why you need Jesus. The bible tells us that we are all sinners.

"As it is written there is none righteous no not one" and "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God" Romans 3:10,23

So one thing that you and I know about each other is that both of us are sinners. The Bible also tells us why we are sinners. Did you know that your not a sinner because of your sinning.

"Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned." Romans 5:12

According to scripture you are a sinner because the condition was passed down to you at birth from Adam. Unfortunately sin does earn you something though.

"For the wages of sin is death.." Romans 6:23

This isn't talking about death as dieing and being buried in the ground. This is talking about the death that it talks about in Revelation 20:14,15 "And death and Hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire." 

Seems pretty scary at this point, since we are all sinners and according to the Bible that earns us Hell. But, Thank God, it doesn't end there.

"For the wages of sin is death, but the GIFT of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our LORD."

Did you notice where it said it was a gift. That means it's free. It's already been paid for.

"But God commendeth his love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us."

So how do we accept this gift?

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9,10

"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13

So basically all you have to do is pray. Tell Jesus that you know you're a sinner and on your way to Hell. Tell him though that you know that he died for your sins and that the best you know how, your asking him to come into your heart and save you.

If you do that today, I'll guarantee you that no matter what else you may decide to do today, you will look back on today as the greatest day of your life.
